  Very disappointing experience. Main door ALWAYS OPENED! No security. Door room opened with a code but we had room number changed AFTER the check in hour. No apologies for it, When reached to the mobile phone to let her know it was cold they just told us to turn on the heat ( in August??) no solutions like some extra blankets or anything else. No wifi at all even you can read it on here. The kattle was DIRTY, impossible to use. In the night fire allarm went crazy, the manager turn off after 10 min and no one came to let us know what was going on!
  The morning after we realise someone went in a room close to ours without pay and destroying the room. In fact the police were been allerted...
  Awful experience.
